In this installment of the Vital Vegas Podcast, we chat exclusively with Austin "Chumlee" Russell of "Pawn Stars" fame about his recent arrest on charges related to drugs and guns.

We also superficially discuss the latest Las Vegas news, and trot out some filler in the form of "This Week in Las Vegas History."

Perhaps the best part of this week's show is an interview with renowned pizza god Tony Gemignani, the mastermind behind the best pizza joint in Las Vegas, Pizza Rock. Gemignani talks about the International Pizza Expo as well as how he was banned from competing in the World Pizza Championships for winning too often.

This episode also features our quick picks of 10 great bars to grab a cocktail in Las Vegas, including five that are fancy and expensive (but with great views) and five more that are downtown, fun and cheap.

This episode contains as much Las Vegas as it's physically possible to squeeze into an hour without the use of subliminal messages!

This is definitely in our top five all-time podcast episodes so far!

For starters, we get the inside scoop about winning a slot machine jackpot from the guy who won $242,000 on Wheel of Fortune at the Golden Gate.

Then we share our ideas for what to do in downtown Las Vegas if you've never visited before.

We've also got an exclusive interview with the artist behind a new addition to The Park outside the Las Vegas Arena. Bliss Dance was created by artist Marco Cochrane for the Burning Man Festival. Cochrane shares what it took to refurbish the 40-foot statue for its Vegas debut.

We've got a metric ass-ton of Vegas news, of course, and a little "This Week in Las Vegas history."

Thanks for ignoring your family and other responsibilities to take a listen.

In this week's action-packed Vital Vegas Podcast, we've got interviews with interesting people, including Strip headliner Jeff Civillico and Seth Debowy, who makes clothing using repurposed casino table felts.

We also clumsily field lots of listener questions and dole out exclusives galore. As long as you interpret "galore" as "one questionable exclusive."

This episode has so much Las Vegas, you may need to ice down your loins.

For our first-ever interview, Derek Stevens (owner of The D and Golden Gate) talks about downtown, 18 Fremont (formerly the Las Vegas Club) and also confesses something that will leave you speechless.

Also up are exclusive interviews with the director of "Million Dollar Quartet" and star of a new show at Westgate, "Twisted Vegas."

The "Listicle of the Week" answers the question, "What are the best free things to do in Las Vegas?"

And so much more! Also, Captain Morgan.

Feb 14, 2016

This week, we talk about sex on the High Roller Ferris wheel, Lucky Dragon running of of funds and stopping construction and more. There's news, and our first listener call and questions. There's also the top five places to get pizza downtown.

Feb 8, 2016

In the premiere episode of the Vital Vegas Podcast, host Scott Roeben talks all things "Jason Bourne," a good deal of which was filmed in Las Vegas.

Also on this episode, it's the latest news and buzz from Las Vegas, as well as lots of rambling, disclaimers and  apologizing for technical difficulties.

There's also a clip of a Hooters waitress talking about how creepy it can be to work at Hooters. Sort of.

Join in the fun for what could ultimately be the sole episode of a Las Vegas podcast nobody really asked for.
