We have no memory of what we talked about in this episode, but we trust it was fascinating.

We do vaguely recall chatting with the Director of Slots at Binion's, as well as sharing skinny about Fontainebleau being sold, rumorwise.

We've got a review of "Circus 1903" and other ramblings you won't want to miss.

Oh, and we dive headlong into a cannabis sampler box. No, really.

Carrot Top spills his guts on this special episode, the final episode of our first season.

What, you need more?

Well, we've got the usual crap, including news and a listicle and 40 minutes of shout-outs to other podcasts.

Aug 7, 2017

In this action-packed edition of the podcast, we jam your ears full of the latest news from Las Vegas.

We share the scoop about a new bar on Fremont East called Corduroy, and Robert Irvine's new place at Tropicana, Public House.

There's tons of news about Las Vegas hotels, restaurants and more.

This week's listicle has a ridiculously long list of new things in downtown Las Vegas you won't want to miss.

We've also got a chat with Ben Deach, a longtime listener, multi-media journalist for KOLO in Reno, and a successful poker player.

Listen, learn and wonder how you ever managed to enjoy Las Vegas without the Vital Vegas Podcast.

It's another lackluster installment of the podcast from the eighth most popular blog in Las Vegas!

There you got your rumors, there you got your news, there you got your incoherent rambling.

You know you like it.

Consider listening to this episode a huge Las Vegas mistake, which is also the focus of our "Listicle of the Week."

This week, hear from the owner of Tipsy Robot, a new offering on The Strip (with robotic bartenders, as you might have guessed).

We've got the latest from Resorts World, Las Vegas Club and Mermaids, Ellis Island, the Zombie Apocalypse Store and more.

Oh, of course, there's a metric ass-ton of Las Vegas news, and a listicle that involves women taking their clothes off.

Tune in, listen up, drink something, already.

In this special episode of the Vital Vegas Podcast, we chat with Norm Clarke, the man who set the standard for breaking Las Vegas news.

Norm's "Vegas Confidential" column ran in the Las Vegas Review-Journal 1999 to 2016.

He now writes a column for the Vegas Stats & Information Network.

Norm grew up in Montana, worked for the Associated Press in Ohio, was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize and, at one point, won $50,000 in a state lottery.

He's a class act and a friend, and it was a honor interviewing him for this podcast.

It's our birthday, so we're damned well going to do whatever the hell we want!

First up, it's a lively run-down of everything we've been up to in Las Vegas.

Then we've got an interview with an owner of a new downtown restaurant, Two Bald Brothers.

There's the usual news, a listicle of the week (about things for old people to do in Las Vegas) and we also read from a book, "Blood Aces."

It's fun for all ages! Actual results may vary.

There's news.

There's scoop.

There's Pappy. Just listen.

How much Vegas can a single podcast episode hold? This much.

First, we talk to Albert Tabola of Ardent Progressive Systems & Games. He's got the latest on comp drink validation systems and a new machine set to give Sigma Derby a run for its money.

We also get the latest from Derek Stevens (owner of The D and Golden Gate) about the upcoming demolition of a full block on Fremont Street.

It's all the latest news from the city that never sleeps, although it nods off a lot after drinking too damned much.

This Vital Vegas Podcast episode isn't just long and unlistenable, it can also be used as a floatation device!

This week, we've got an interview with the General Manager of the recently-renovated Palm restaurant at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace.

There's also a slew of Las Vegas news to keep you in the loop.

You'll also get some Vegas history, a listicle and a preview of a new TV show, "L.A. to Vegas."

Listen. Learn. And, finally, be thankful for any hearing impairment you might have.
